Shipping

All our products are hand made in our UK family workshop.We dont import anything

We try to ship as quickly as we can however our products are shipped within 10-12 Working days from ordering.Please note that custom made orders may take longer. 

Large items items are shipped via Freight network and although we can deliver on a weekday the freight company will only specify a delivery window od 8.30am to 5.30 pm .Please note that someone will need to be available to receive and sign for these goods which are sometime delivered on a Pallet to the nearest access point available at the delivery address.

We will however contact you to arrange a suitable day for delivery and pass your contact number to the driver.

Please note that there may be an additional charge for broken delivery arrangements by the Courier or Freight contractor .This charge will be passed to the customer .

To assist with delivery please supply both land line and mobile contact details when ordering.  

Please note that we are unable to coordinate deliveries with your own builders fitters etc and would advise that the item is delivered prior to you booking fitters joiners etc

 

Delivery Surcharge 

Please note there may be delivery surcharges for outlying areas Islands and Overseas orders please contact us with your full address for if your delivery address falls within these categories.

They include KW, IV, AB, and some PA post codes

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

Returns Policy

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.We are unable to arrange returns for items shipped internationally 

You should expect to receive your refund less any actual delivery costs within 5 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Any damages must be reported by email with images within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We will organise replacements within 7 days (Please note that our products are made from natural wood materials therefore each piece may differ in graining characteristics making each item unique )

Please note that when returning items you  must use adequate packaging to protect against damage  and be fully insured by the returning courier .Charges will be made for damaged returns that have not been adequetly  packaged.
