Although you have to wait for your gems to arrive, they are so worth the wait. I am delighted with everything I have bought from this company and will continue to do so. I have a new build but it is brilliant to reconstruct a theme that doesn't look "new". Fantastic products and would recommend highly. Packaging is very secure, be prepared to recycle, maybe less packaging tape and tape that can also be recycled, bubble wrap can go to reuse facilities as can cardboard
